The manufacturer calls this a “High Velocity Air Circulatory Device”. I think I’ll just stick to fan. It has 4 speeds selectable on the back, as well as a short built in power cord. It has a floor base, and locking knobs on the side let you set the angle. Good for special effects, spreading fog or slow motion shots of split ends.
