LED panels are fast becoming a lighting cameraman’s “secret weapon”. These are 5600°K “spot” panels. They have the other advantages of LED based lights: dimmable, no heat, solid state durability and low power consumption. In fact, power usage is so low that it can be run off a camera battery with the included adapter. The 1024 refers to the number of LEDs, and this is the first panel light we’ve had that can legitimately be used as a fill light for standups in direct sunlight. Slap on a camera battery and hold it just out of frame on your reporter. We can package them in two light kits if you would like.
